LIFTbuild is an innovative approach to high-rise construction. It starts by reimagining tall buildings as the synthesis of projects that begin assembly at grade level. Inspired by the ingenuity of the automotive assembly line, the Vertical Manufacturing™ approach provides unique solutions with faster, safer, and more efficient project delivery. Utilizing this proprietary manufacturing method, it provides limitless opportunities that take advantage of design, construction, and operation standardization. In 2020, LIFTbuild began the initial design of its first project, Exchange in Detroit, to serve as its proof of concept of our Vertical Manufacturing™ approach. By 2023, the project demonstrated LIFTbuild’s ability to increase safety, quality, and speed-to- market.
